shapeshifters is a photo book project that came to life during my masters studies in

barcelona. it’s a search of how we can truly visualize the sensation of our identities and

the fluidity in our lives - themes that often seem difficult or even impossible to explain

shapeshifters isn’t a photographic work only.

at the same time it’s a process for me, and

all the people involved in the course of the project, to get rid of certain ways of

thinking, looking and creating images, of a photographic language that we are used to

seeing and reproducing and which is founded on a hetero-cis normative perspective
